To help PNG in their marketing efforts to spread the word about PNG we are asking for Tutors/Tutees and Mentor/Mentees to have professional pictures taken that we can use in our materials.

Its also a great way for you and your tutee or mentee to get a great photo reminder of your time together.

Model Release

In order for PNG to use your photos in our marketing materials, we will need a signed model release from both YOU and your TUTEE or MENTEE.  If your student is under the age of 18, we will need the parent or gaurdian to sign.
