PNG Newest Board Members  Katherine Berry is bringing valuable legal skills and knowledge to the PNG Board. She received her J.D./MBA from Santa Clara University. She serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Sunnyvale. She has volunteered with several community organizations, providing legal expertise for environmental and arts groups as they were in the process of applying for 501(c)3 non-profit status.
A violinist, she also sits on the Winchester Orchestra Board. She has chaired the Los Altos Rotary Club scholarship committee for four years and has demonstrated real concern for community youth.
Karen says she sees so many students who would have benefitted if they had had the help and encouragement of PNG earlier on. She will be a great resource for our tutors and asset to the PNG Tutoring Program. |
Karen Greguras has joined PNG as Co Chair of the Elementary Tutoring program. She has a Masters in Education and years of experience as a reading specialist and English teacher in grades K-12 through Community College. Currently, she is an adjunct instructor at Foothill and DeAnza Community Colleges, where she teaches basic reading and writing skills. She is also a lifetime community volunteer.
